There is no refined sugar in this jam so I was a bit skeptical about this but it is actually quite nice and has set to a nice consistency.

I gave some to the 3 year old who was not impressed. It didn’t help that the 5 year old exclaimed “You are eating blood” at the same time he put jam in his mouth. I think the seeds turned him off as there is quite a bit of seeds from the fruit plus the chia seeds. I might sieve off some of the seeds if I can.
Edited: I couldnt sieve it and blitzing didn’t help the consistency. I ended up using this in same tart and it was quite nice.

All you need for approx 250mls of jam is: 250g of frozen mixed berries into the bowl. Blitz on speed 8 for 1 minute. Scraping down at 20 secs intervals. Add 10g honey. Cook for 5 minutes at 100 degrees on speed 4. Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds. Place into jar. It will last 2-3 weeks in the fridge

If using fresh berries you don’t need to cook them. Just blitz until smooth and add honey and chia seeds.

I really don’t think the honey is essential unless your berries are quite tart.
