Just what we need after school! I’m not the hugest fan of these but my boys love these with a passion. 
 
A little added mint is a nice addition too for something a little different. 
 
The quantaties are approximate depending on how you like your consistency. 
 
If you want it a little sweeter add a tablespoon of fine rose sugar or similar to it for a sweet flavour hit along with the watermelon.

Watermelon Slushies

Ingredients

Scale
  • 800g seedless watermelon, chopped up
  • 1/2 tmx bowl of ice

Instructions

  1. Place watermelon into bowl.
  2. Blitz on speed 10 for 30 seconds.
  3. Add ice.
  4. Blitz on speed 9 until desired consistency is achieved. If you want it thicker add more ice and blitz.
